At Pradhanam Traditional Therapy Treatment Centre (“Pradhanam”, “we”, “our”), we value your time and strive to provide a smooth and professional service experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which appointments may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled session without any charges.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee or result in the session being marked as used.
- Failure to attend the appointment (“no-show”) will result in no refund and may require full payment for the missed session.
- Multiple last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings at our discretion.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability of therapists and treatment slots.
- Pradhanam reserves the right to modify or reschedule appointments due to operational or therapist availability reasons. Clients will be informed in such cases.
3. Refund Policy for Single Sessions
- Payments made for individual therapy sessions are non-refundable once the session is completed.
- If a client cancels within the allowed time frame (12 hours prior), any advance payment may be adjusted toward a future appointment but not refunded.
- Refunds may be provided only in special circumstances such as:
- Therapist unavailability
- Operational closure
- Duplicate or incorrect payment
- Management-approved exceptions
All refunds will be reviewed and processed by management.
4. Refund Policy for Packages & Memberships
- Packages, therapy bundles, or membership plans are non-refundable after the first session has been used.
- If no sessions have been used, a refund may be issued after deducting:
- Administrative charges
- Payment gateway fees (if applicable)
- Unused sessions in a package:
- May be rescheduled
- Cannot be transferred unless approved by management
- Do not hold any cash redemption value
5. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delays for the next client.
- Full charges will apply regardless of reduced session duration caused by late arrival.
6. Mode of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through one of the following methods:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Card reversal (if paid by card)
- Any method originally used for payment
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on bank/payment gateway processing times.
7. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed therapy sessions
- Consultation fees
- Gift vouchers or gift cards
- Promotional/discounted packages
- Services availed under special offers
8. Emergency Situations
Pradhanam understands that emergencies occur. In genuine cases such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Unavoidable circumstances
We may offer rescheduling or partial refund at the management’s discretion.
9. Policy Changes
Pradhanam reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Clients will be informed of major changes, and the updated version will be available at our centre and website.
