Welcome to Pradhanam Traditional Therapy Treatment Centre (“Pradhanam”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking an appointment, visiting our centre, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

1. Pradhanam provides traditional therapy treatments, wellness therapies, and holistic healing services.
2. Our therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose diseases, prescribe medication, or perform medical procedures.
3. Customers are encouraged to consult a certified medical professional for medical advice or emergencies.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

1. Appointments can be made through phone, WhatsApp, website forms, or in person.
2. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration.
3. Pradhanam reserves the right to reschedule or adjust appointments when necessary.

3. Payments & Billing

1. Service charges must be paid before or immediately after the therapy session.
2. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, card, or any method supported by the centre.
3. Any package or promotional offer must be availed within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
4. Prices, offers, and package terms may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged fully or partially.
3. Refunds for prepaid sessions or packages will not be issued unless specified under special circumstances determined by management.
4. Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled but not transferred unless allowed by Pradhanam.

5. Health & Safety

1. Customers must inform therapists of:
   • Existing health conditions
   • Injuries
   • Allergies
   • Pregnancy
   • Discomfort during the therapy
2. Pradhanam will not be responsible for any adverse reactions arising due to undisclosed conditions.
3. Therapies are performed by trained and qualified therapists following traditional procedures.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

1. Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
2. Any misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or harassment towards staff or other customers will result in immediate termination of services and removal from the premises.
3. Pradhanam maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or illegal activities.

7. Personal Belongings

1. Customers are responsible for their own personal items.
2. Pradhanam is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of belongings inside or outside the premises.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

1. Any personal or health information shared with Pradhanam will be kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
2. Photography or videography inside the centre without permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Therapy sessions will not be recorded without explicit consent from both parties.

9. Liability Disclaimer

1. Pradhanam shall not be held liable for:
   • Injuries resulting from failure to follow therapist instructions
   • Pre-existing medical conditions
   • Self-inflicted harm or pain caused by overexertion during therapy
   • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
2. All therapies are offered on a voluntary basis, and customers assume full responsibility for their participation.

10. Use of Website & Online Platforms

1. Content on Pradhanam’s website or social media is for informational purposes only.
2. Unauthorized copying, duplication, or commercial use of content is prohibited without written permission.
3. We may update information, prices, and service details without prior notice.

11. Amendments to Terms

Pradhanam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated policy will be available at our centre and online. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
